Update process for use of Centralized data front end.mdb

Assume "master directory" is S:\MED\Med_CCMED\​S:\MED\Med_CCMED\CCMDB\centralized_FRONT_End\, and "local directory" is c:\centralized_data\

To push out a new update

  1. rename the current Centralized_data_front_end.mdb to Centralized data front end.mdb.<date as yyyy-mm-dd><comment if needed>
  2. copy that to subdirectory "versions"
  3. copy new version of Centralized_data_front_end.mdb to "master directory"

To pull down a new update

Running either Pull down centralized data.vbs orPush up centralized data.vbs will pull down a copy of cfe if later modified file is available in the master location
