Our Diagnosis list is coded in L_Dxs table as a single code. It was initially coded as a pair of numbers #Maindiagnosis.#Subdiagnosis.

Subdiagnosis

number between 1 and 99

The subdiagnosis code is used to code the Pathogen for Category:Infection (old).
