Reporting
The CCMDB program supplies a number of regular reports to Critical Care and Medicine Program managers and Directors in the Region. The analysis for these reports and their generation are the responsibility of the statistician.

Data Request Form
- bitmap copy of database request form?? Suggestions??
- I think this section should refer to Data Access Application Process. That section still would need access to the form, though. Do we have a PDF version of the form? If so, we should be able to link that in there. For the time being, that page refers to the regional server for those who have access to it.
