Re-sending data

For a collector to re-send a patient, you need to do the following:

1. set the patient record_status to "complete" from "sent"
2. contact the Data Processor and ask her to
   • change the patient's Record_Status in Centralized_data.mdb to "Incomplete"
   • ensure Clean-up required when re-sending is done
3. re-send with a "b" in your batch, e.g. 33b
