• 33 CRRT
• 34 Peritoneal Dialysis

Any patient with all of the following is an error:

• ICU patient
• (3 < LOS)
• (dx ARF(350) or como CRF (351))
• no (T33/34/35) in TISS28

Short stay patients

CRF/ARF patients in community hospitals often don't receive dialysis if they are only there for a short time. That led to false=positives for the check, so the restriction of "LOS>3" was added.
