View source for Collection of locations on the spectrum between home and PCH

We used to think of patients as either living at home or in a PCH. Then we added the concept of [[Chronic Health Facility]] and a few other options. Lately, we have been finding out about new options that are becoming available (e.g. different [[Assisted Living]] options), or sites being split out into different types of facilities (Deer Lodge has PCH and Chronic Care...). 

This doesn't affect a huge number of patients, but those who are affected are likely to be patients with complex discharges. So, we may want to know about this from a discharge delay perspective. 

At the very least, we need to decide 
* how we want to code this in the [[Pre acute living situation field]] that we use to store where the patient lived before they are admitted to in-patient care. 
* whether we want to designate any of these as [[S dispo.inpatient | in-patient]] locations, which affects how we collect the [[Pre-admit Inpatient Institution field]] (which in turn affects [[Indicators]] like [[Discharged to community]], [[Readmission]]s)
* But we may also want to split our current options for [[Pre acute living situation field]] or the [[Dispo field]] in a more granular way to understand if discharging to these locations would affect [[LOS]] or [[Transfer Delay]]. Notably, the [[Dispo field]] shares facets with the [[Previous Location field]], which would be relevant for [[Direct admit]] patients.  
* [[Pre-admit Inpatient Institution field]] does ''not'' share facet fields with the [[Dispo field]], and we can not currently directly compare these

Some considerations would be where data collectors would get this from. Apparently at GRA, Home Care prints their logs and they are very useful to collectors for things like ADLs, but they would also provide this info. Other sites don't print this, so we would want to see if we can get access to the electronic system behind this ([https://home.wrha.mb.ca/home-care/electronic-record/ Electronic Home Care Record (eHCR)]) for our collectors.
