== Location profile ==
*As of Nov 21, 2025 4N now has 10 beds (up to 13) that will be off service medicine patients under the GAP physician, these patients should be collected as per our usual process. Most will be transfers from the core medicine wards, but some will be admissions from ER, the staff are educated on how to complete the DPST form . 
*As of April 27, 2026 Family Medicine patients (Clinical Assessment) patients are being admitted to some of the 13 beds identified above, to offload Emergency, these patients we do not collect on as they are not Internal medicine patients.
