*This is for the QI/QA review of all deaths in cardiac surgery at STB ICCS. == Contents == * list and rate of cardiac surgery patients who [[Deceased patients|died]] at STB ICCS * Included in the list of deaths are the [[Chart#]], [[age]], [[APACHE Score]], [[EuroSCORE II]], the [[Admit DtTm|Admit]] and [[Discharge date and time|Discharge Dates]], [[Admit Diagnoses]], [[Acquired Diagnoses]], [[CCI Collection|procedures]] and [[Comorbid Diagnoses|comorbidities]]. === Definition of Cardiac Surgery Patients === # ICCS patients under the care of ICCS Service staying in ICCS beds or in overflow beds (e.g. PARR, [[SBGH_L2]]HA, etc.) and # ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ICMS Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ICCS under MICU service') and # ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ACCU Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ICCS under ACCU service') and # Patients having Services from SBGH Cardiac / Cardiac Surgery or SBGH Critical Care / Cardiac Surgery starting Oct 2020 and # Had cardiac surgery coming from OR to ICCS. # Exclude ACCU or ICMS patients overflowing in ICCS unit being taken care by ICCS Team (i.e. ICUOtherService 'ACCU / MICU under ICCS service').
