This means that you have input the wrong admission or discharge time or date for a specific client when inputting date & times into KEA for downloading HSC laboratory data.

The LAB data for a patient must cleared from the master lab data,  re downloaded and then re uploaded. See instruction below.

 Legacy article Oct 10.14.  HSC moved over to EPR.  HSC lab download and upload process stopped.

When uploading the lab data to the master TMSX or MedTMS database and you get a printout with an error message such as the following:

  • Study 40451 has test **XXX** time outside (STAY) range in the file M_416LABASUB_New.dat

This error message means that you have input the wrong admission or discharge time or date into the HSC lab systems when you were entering dates for downloading.

The LAB data for a patient must cleared from the master lab data, re downloaded and then re uploaded. See instruction below.
