We have a bunch of Quality Assurance queries in CFE that are done as part of the Centralized data Vetting Process. Ideally all should be empty, if they are not the data needs to be fixed (see Processing errors in patient data).

The easiest way to check these is to click the NDCs button. It will check every query but only display those where problems were found.

NDC queries / Template:CFE Data Integrity Checks

  1. NDC_missing_L_Tables_content
  2. NDC_discharged_incomplete (It is ok if there is a list of Incompletes)
  3. NDC_Bad_Postal_Code (This is corrected when time available)
  4. NDC_Missing_TransferDate_w_pivot (This is done during reports, OK to skip this one)
  5. NDC_CLI_AcqDX_but_NoCLI_DateinTMPV2
  6. NDC_CLI_vs_NO_TISS17
  7. NDC_CLI_No_AcqDX_but_CLI_DateinTMPV2
  8. NDC_CLI_unacceptable_date
  9. NDC_VAP_AcqDX_but_NoVAP_DateinTMPV2 (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
  10. NDC_VAP_No_AcqDX_but_VAP_DateinTMPV2 (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
  11. NDC_VAP_unacceptable_date (see VAP Dx vs Tmp checking)
