Template:DC Contact Data collecting for Vic Medicine Wards (N5 & S5) one one laptop and VIC MICU on another laptop.
- On-site: Jan 7.11 to April 17.11: Tue, Wed, Thurs, Fri.
- After April 17.11 - Tues, Wed, Fri
- Feb 1.11 - N5 & S5 will be on one log sheet. Will start using the first highest serial number be it N5 or S5 (currently S5 serial number is just 35 less than N5).
