Was data collecting for Vic Medicine Wards (N5 & S5) on laptop labeled N5S5 and VIC MICU on laptop labeled ICU.

- Feb 1.11 - N5 & S5 collected on one paper log sheet. Continuing from last highest serial number and adding on to it. Process followed has been to collect data ward by ward; you will find that N5 is done first with a series of patients and followed by S5. These are colour-coded in the logbook to be able to scan 'busyness' of individual wards.
