****No, I am talking about when I enter a brand new patient and I check off ADL or the Temp files or VS if they are complete during that first read of the chart. It used to stay checked off even after I did news and backup. I used it as a quick scan to remind me if there is something in particular that I need to enter when I have the chart in my hands.
