Any activity marked with 48 hrs on form, should have TISS days marked for 2 days.
- 5 - RX of seizures, metabolic encephalopathy
- 17 - Post arrest cardiac or respiratory
- 34 - Fresh Tracheostomy
- 73 - Acute digitilization
