STB Med Ward changes: Difference between revisions

In October 2009 STB will be making changes to medicine wards beds.

B5 will move to E5 - Location label will be changed to STB_E6. The change starts at serial number 6313 onward. The last patient with location STB_B5 is serial 6312.

- Implications -
Option 1 retain label for Var 1 & 2 (ward label) and Julie change report output label.
Option 2 change ward label in S tables for HanDBase & Access, programmer write code to remap all Var 1 & 2 codes in MEDTMX, Julie rewrite SAS codes.

the "move" data in tmpv2 is also affected.
MOVE data in TmpV2 as of October 19.09:
- no moves to E6
- B5-total number - 2196 moves recorded as of Oct 19.09
- B4- total number - 401 moves recorded as of Oct 19.09
