AP Sys BP Field: Difference between revisions

The AP Sys BP data input field records SYSTOLIC blood pressure value.

If a value for this is not available, follow the missing value rule.

Apache Systolic BP is used for the MOST score.

for MOST - Value selected is one that is "closest to the time" the medicine service physician "accepts" the patient to the medicine service from the emergency department.

On September 29 at the staff meeting Trish mentioned the time was to be the closest time before acceptance to medicine.I wonder if this area of inconsistency as the above statement says the closest time(which could be before or after) What do other medicine collectors think? It is also one of the values used to calculate the Mean BP for APACHE II.
