Unknown Pathogen: Difference between revisions

Template:Discussion Re: unknown pathogen-cultures sent for infections.

Are all sites following up with the final pathogen or report and sending in to Pagasa?
What is the time limit for this…do we stop looking in med records after X number of weeks if unable to get the results or keeping revisiting the chart?
