Out of Memory Error

A few people have had "out of memory" errors when adding new patients. The error is intermittent, and I have not been able to duplicate it. I need more information and am hoping that collectors can help me with this. Could you please add to the below headings?

• Apparently the error has happened when adding patients. Does this mean when first clicking the button, or else at which point in the process?
