Attendance of meetings

• there are 4 mandatory team meetings each year and they are scheduled 1 year in advance and they are always on a Wednesday.
• with the current "self scheduling" staff must schedule themselves to be working a 7.75 hrs shift on the day of the team meeting.
• The 2 hr meeting is part of the shift, it is not an extra 2 hrs of pay.
