This is a log files that is created automatically created by the PDA reader.exe. When a file is uploaded to the master database; for Medicine MedTMS or Critical CareTMSX, it records the batch number, name of CSV file, import date, number of files in the batch and start and end main database study number batch was appended to.
Location of log file
Is located on the local C drive of main data processor's computer.
Critical Care:
