*Hypovolemic shock should be for any reason and the subcode could indicate "other" if not on the list. This is my opinion. When it is a bleed then there is usually another code to indicate this anyway. I think it should not have the words "hemorrhagic shock" as part of the title as this is misleading and most collectors will only collect bleeding-related hypovolemic shock.
