If you previously had an entry for a combined "panelling and discharge planning" it will now show as a blank lines in your [[CCMDB.mdb]]. Please change it to one of the new diagnoses. **Yes.  It means that if you had used 906 in your DX codes it would have gotten blanked out so anyone that you had used it for during this change you will have to make sure you re enter the code before you send.[[User:TOstryzniuk|Trish Ostryzniuk]] 11:30, 2012 October 4 (CDT)
