| You will no longer have to put your name of Wiki article if your are attending a meeting or not. Instead, an invite to a Collection Team meetings will be send out using Outlook Calendar Appointments. Collectors will all have to start using their Outlook Calendars. When you get an invite to a meeting, you will have to either ACCEPT or DECLINE. If you decline, you will have to add reason why unable to attend.

| Those email will come back to either me or Pagasa, depending who sends out the meeting appointment. We will then have a list of who is attending or not. I will be sending out a meeting request this week for the June 4th meeting.
