UM Tool (also known as Utilization Management Tool or Continuum) is a tool used by nursing to help with discharge planning.
Usage and data quality is not consistent across sites.
At least one collector at StB uses this.

- Do collectors use this elsewhere? If so I need to make sure it gets installed when laptops are reimaged or replaced.
