*In medicine, If a patient comes from another hospital for example from Gimli ER, then the pt goes to the ER at your hospital, do you put the Gimli code in the '''hospital previous''' slot? I assume for medicine that the '''admit from''' would still need to be '''from ER''' at your own hospital in order to capture the moves and delays. **In the above case... "admitted from XE" if the intention was to directly admit from the sending facility.Then in the tmp file put in the move time to the ward. At the bottom of the tmp file put "parked in ER". | |||
