This would include almost all ICD10 diagnoses in related concepts, which would not be helpful to list, so excluded them.

- 2022-02-10 - the list to count had included lines for each category so there was much duplication. Broke out query to generate unique values first, now count works
- 2019-03-25 - excluded dxs in Category:Pathogens, Category:Antibiotic resistance and Category:Mechanism
