Function GenerUpdate_tmp_entry

Function in _Unique_CCMDB module that handles Automatic Generation of TMP entries in the L TmpV2 table to facilitate Tmp Project Collection of data under the Entity–attribute–value model of the L Tmp V2 table.

It can add or replace the record based on a parameter.
