Please done forget to code if patient is Quadrapelgia as result of the above injury. Data audit: I see a number of profiles codes with C_Spine with cord injury, yet Quadraplegia does not show up in coding until the patient is had been transferred to second or third unit. Will ask Tina if she thinks a check in ccmdb.mdb would help, so staff don't miss this.
