Subcode 96 (old)

Subcode 96 was a diagnosis subcode for diagnoses used in the Critical Care program.

Means "found on autopsy"; used to be stored as subcode 50 and was converted to 96.

Use of this code was discontinued 1 Jan 2002

Needs to be checked into more, since there are a small number of both medicine and ICU patient that did not die or did not have an autopsy done. Query in Trishs's centralized front end that list these. Trish Ostryzniuk 19:26, 2014 February 10 (CST)
