	Function Validate Chart should capture all of these in CCMDB.mdb. Emailed Pagasa to find out if she ever actually finds any in here. If she does we need to fix Function Validate Chart, if she doesn't she could stop running this check. I did end up checking Function Validate Chart 2018-11-24 to confirm that the check >8 digits is being run. If there are others problems that slip through please log them as DT at Function Validate Chart
