- This is for the QI/QA review of all deaths in cardiac surgery at STB ICCS.
Contents
- list and rate of cardiac surgery patients who died at STB ICCS
- Included in the list of deaths are the Chart#, age, APACHE Score, the Admit and Discharge Dates, Admit Diagnoses, Acquired Diagnoses, procedures and comorbidities.
Definition of Cardiac Surgery Patients
- patients under the care of ICCS Service staying in ICCS beds or in overflow beds (e.g. PARR, L2HA, etc.)
- ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ICMS Team (ICUOtherService 'ICCS under ICMS')
- ICCS patients overflow in ICMS unit being taken care by ACCU Team (ICUOtherService 'ICCS under ACCU')
