The date and time formats for the Critical Care and Medicine Databasea are:

• month / day / year
  • Please be extra careful not to transpose month and day

• HH:mm
  • on the 24 hour clock, use i.e. 00:01 – 23:59. Do not use 24:00 hrs
  • for midnight use 23:59
