  • (Myoclonic epilepsy with ragged red fibers. Mitocondrial complex I deficiency. Ragged red fibers are abnormal muscle fibers which have an accumulation of abnormal amount of mitochondria.
  • SYMPTOMS:
    • seizures, ataxia,
    • hearing loss & deterioration
