"set previous location to pre-admit" button

The "set previous location to pre-admit" button on the Patient viewer tab Dispo in CCMDB.accdb will set the Previous Location to the value in Pre-admit Inpatient Institution.

Background

These are often the same, and clicking that button is faster than re-entering it.
