Previous entry form

The previous entry form can be opened from CSS and lists all patients with the same Chart as the record in CSS. It can also be called from the Main Form (CCMDB.accdb) to list all records still on the laptop, including the remnants left by the logical delete done by "Delete Sent Patients" button.

This form might be useful to replace some functions of the Data collection log form eventually.
