- what is the definition of interfacility transfer? if the current ICU admission has dispo is another ICU in another site and then the next admission where patient went has pre inpt institution is originating ICU but previous location is OR or Recovery or Cath Lab or Dialysis Unit, is that considered as interfacility transfer?
