Ward admission log forms

These are log forms that individual units & wards use to document patient admission/transfer/discharge to their unit.

Confusion here. The ward admission logs forms are totally different. See above. They are forms WARDS and UNITS use. The comments in this article have nothing to do with ward admission logs.
