Hypovolemic shock - it is a state of rapid fluid loss resulting in inadequate circulating blood volume and subsequent inadequate perfusion to organs.

136-90 This code shouldn't be used for simple dehydration without shock.However it can be used for severe dehydration resulting in a shock state.
