Trauma post-op vs non post-op

A trauma patient who has an injury that is not initially treated at unit arrival, e.g. the admitting Dx is: Subdural Hematoma Non-Post-op MVA.

If this patient proceeds to the OR after admission to unit, for a craniotomy to evacuate a traumatic SDH from an MVA, the complication DX is: Subdural hematoma-POST-OP - MVA
