Notes in L_PHI is used by the data processor to comment on data ad-hoc where needed.
Instructions
- Before I assigned the Pseudo Phin I open first the "Hand shake or cat button" to see if there is any admission which the Pseudo Phin used for this patient.
- If no Pseduo Phin assigned that is the only time I click the "Phin pseudo" give me an automatic pseudo phin.
