The AP Dias BP data input field records diastolic blood pressure collected as per the APACHE II Mean Blood Pressure Instructions.

Note: The BP items are separated here on the WIKI however, this does not mean that you pick a systolic value from one BP reading and a diastolic value from another BP reading when selecting worst BP for APACHE II.
