Medworks is/was? a tool used on some wards. Please do no use this tool as source for data collection. Please obtain information from charts or [[EPR]].  This tool is not a  reliable source for our purposes. UM Tool (also known as Utilization Management Tool or Continuum) is a tool used by nursing to help with discharge planning. 

Usage and data quality is not consistent across sites.
