** Shirley, I usually code other if there is no noticeable trauma.  If the pt has obvious trauma like soft tissue injury, fractures, etc.  then use the trauma one.

** I use serum myoglobin > 800 with treatment and of course if the physician con't  codes rhabdo as a diagnosis
