Please done forget to code if patient is [[Quadrapelgia]] as result of the above injury. Data audit:  I see a number of profiles codes with C_Spine with cord injury, yet Quadraplegia does not show up in coding until the patient is had been transferred to second or third unit. Will ask Tina if she thinks a check in ccmdb.mdb would help, so staff don't miss this.

Code [[Post Traumatic Quadriplegia]] if applicable. 
It might take many of days to determine if pt is or is not QUAD with this injury however, if determined to be a QUAD what ever number of days after admission, then pt was likely QUAD at admission.
