MNU Collective agreement article 1404: A shift is 8.25 hrs at a worksite for which you are paid 7.75 hrs. This excludes a meal break of 30 min and include two 15 min rest periods. CUPE: Shift is 8.00 hrs, paid 7.5 hrs.
To meet operational requirement for both ICU and Medicine, no more than 3 days off between shifts where and if applicable for EFT.
