1. Call to Order

3. Business Arising

• Database status - There is a new vacancy at GGH as Sherry has left to another position, this position is with WRHA corporate and as such Sherry does not need a casual position with our program, she can just sign up for extra shifts.
• There is no new updates re. the manager and data collector vacancies
• The Provincial Critical Care Team has been meeting and our database has been mentioned as a source for research/administration
• Rosanne has spoken with Andrea Meakin (Director or Health services, medicine program) about the database

• Return to normal- The HSC collectors will return to pre pandemic practice of following up discharged/transferred profiles on the ward. An email has been sent by Lisa to all managers re. this, as well as the manager in admitting as collectors will return to reviewing death charts at the death desk
• SBGH medicine collectors will continue to work from home, SBGH ICU collectors will continue to go in to SBGH MR once per week. Paperwork to work from home has been emailed to the collectors at SBGH, these forms should be submitted to Rosanne when complete.
• GGH will continue as they have been doing as they pull their own charts in MR

• medical records shelf space HSC- It has been identified that HSC collectors are in need of an additional shelf to request charts. Rosanne has sent an email to Rachel Porter to enquire about this

• Mailah asked that when the vacancies are filled if the rotations might also be looked at
• Pam enquired about the current vacancies in the program, which are on hold for now
