The purpose of batching:
*tracking and finding files quickly
*faster scanning (less organizing of forms)
*quick filing - no reorganizing.


*In the first sending week of the new year, batch sent number is reverted back to start at one.
Deleted old content to not show in searches, see history for details.
 
Will be replaced with auto sent date/time stamp instead.
