Please done forget to code if patient has [[Post Traumatic Quadriplegia]] as result of the above injury.  Data audit:  I see a fair number of profiles codes with C_Spine with cord injury, yet quadraplegia does not show up in coding until the patient had been transferred to second or third unit.  Will ask Tina if she thinks a check in ccmdb.mdb would help, so staff don't miss this. * How common would it be that this diagnosis would ''not'' be accompanied by quadriplegia? If it's 100%, then double-coding would be meaningless, and also confusing since we don't double-code other things that are always together. If it's less than 100% then it would need to be a soft-check. How common is the dx in the first place. Asking because this would take time to implement (once), and every check we add adds a little overhead to the check process every time a collector clicks the dx checkbox (it has to cycle through the code for all possible dxs, not just the one encountered...).
