The S_ files and tables are where the content for the standardized drop-downs is stored. S_ stands for "Standardized", in contrast to the "L" Files.

There are S_ files on your PDA, which is where HanDBase stores its L_ tables. Copies of these files are located on the desktop PC and on the network in the L_Handbase folder, and there in a subdirectory corresponding to the location of the PDA. The L_ files sync into the L_ tables of the same name in the CCMDB.mdb Access program.
