CRRT days are taken from TISS item CRRT and CCI procedure CRRT. CRRT Days are part of the report being done for the Critical Care and Renal Program CRRT Report .

Significance

Attending nephrologist track the CRRT usage for quality improvement and resource utilization in the Renal Program as well as for workload and resource utilization in the Critical Care Program.

Inclusion Criteria

100% sampling for all patients on CRRT

Exclusion Criteria

Patients who are not on CRRT

Frequency

Daily recording of dates a patient being on CRRT Total number of ICU patients and ICU days being on CRRT are calculated and reported on a monthly, quarterly or yearly basis based on the daily data. Time Reference for month, quarter or year can be based on ICU admission dates or ICU discharge dates. For the CRRT Report , the calendar dates are used as the time of reference.
